Search Director
The role will manage a medium-sized team and will be responsible for
delivering a market leading search strategy for various clients taken
into account all offline, online and affiliate activity and working
closely with the respective departments. The Search Director will be
expected to deliver against existing targets, innovate within the channel
and service the client impeccably.
The successful candidate will have:
• Proven experience of planning, implementing and managing PPC
and SEO budgets.
• An outstanding track record of increasing online revenues through
SEM.
• An in depth knowledge of search engine tools, bid management
and analytics software.
• An excellent understanding of how campaign strategies improve
CTR, conversion rate, CPA or ROI.
• Exceptional management skills with the ability to lead and develop
a team.
• Strong client management experience
• Advanced analytical skills with a strong mathematical background/understanding..
• Exceptional attention to detail – analytical, well organised
and efficient.
• A suitable business, marketing or statistical qualification
would be preferred.
