Sales Assistant


A Sales Assistant is comfortable developing and building relationships with, and is dedicated to making a genuine difference for their customers.

Through your brand and product awareness, you will also deliver exceptional customer service and be dedicated to satisfying and exceeding the needs of our customers.

Main responsibilities include:

  • liaising with customers (customer interaction is vital and sales assistants working with luxury high-end products will need to provide a highly personalised approach);
  • meeting set sales targets (this aspect of the work can be demanding in a busy and pressured environment);
  • stocking, replenishing, merchandising and cleaning sales areas;
  • processing payments of various kinds;
  • offering advice to customers;
  • arranging delivery dates for larger items;
  • dealing with customer complaints;
  • utilising specialist product knowledge;
