SEO Account Director

Our client, a leading digital marketing agency is looking for a SEO Account Director.

Key Accountabilities:
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
• Ability to provide a clear strategic business plan to client detailing delivery of KPIs
• Analyse latest changes in search engine algorithms and industry developments
• Explain in detail technical ideas to clients and those with non-technical roles

Team / Line Management:
• Delegation of jobs and project manage to ensure all deadlines are met
• Development of team members knowledge and experience including in house training

Pitch involvement:
• Understanding of RFIs & RFPs and the ability to construct responses of the highest level
• Audit sites of potential clients for new business pitches
• Provide technical knowledge for pitch presentation meeting the potential client’s KPIs & priority areas

Finance:
• Detailed awareness of the contractual arrangements for each client and supplier within team
• Development of clear plans to increase client revenue and ROI

External relations:
• The ability to clearly brief clients on campaigns and manage the return of information.
• Full understanding of wider business and online related issues – proactive research, forums & industry events and present the information to relevant internal departments

Internal relations:
• The ability to identify and construct case studies
• A good understanding of the departments within Steak including Display, Affiliates and PPC

Future thinking:

Senior Web and Graphic Designer

The designer will work with head of design, other designers, software engineers, and marketing staff in a design team.

Traffic Manager

Working for this world-leading internet media and advertising company, the crux of this role is to ensure the successful implementation, optimization and reporting of all advertising campaigns on the publisher network and to work closely with the Sales Team to ensure that each website operates to its full commercial potential.

Key duties
• Liaise with publishers to ensure new websites are set up from a good commercial point of view on the Helios IQ system.
• Troubleshoot any tagging/html/script issues which may arise between ad server code and site code
• Make sure relevant sections have been tagged separately and remain tagged separately to aid traffic forecasting, reporting and ad targeting.
• Ensure that all campaigns sold are implemented correctly on the ad serving system and to troubleshoot any issues that may prevent the success of any campaign.
• Deliver campaign/website/network reports and advice to sales team highlighting traffic fluctuations, over/under delivery and campaign performance as and when needed.
• Liaise with advertisers (along with sales and publishers) to troubleshoot any campaign implementation issues i.e. creative problems.
• Ensure advertisers and planning & buying agencies have access to, or are supplied with, campaign delivery reports when needed.
• Adapt all of the above across any new ad-servers/technologies the group may use.
• Reconcile all campaigns for both advertisers and publishers to our accounts department
